This policy explains the information DriveShade receives when you request a quote or contact us, and how it is used to respond and provide service.

The website quote form asks for your name, vehicle year/make/model, and phone number. If you call, text, or email DriveShade, we also receive the information you choose to include, such as your email address, vehicle details, requested service, photos, preferred service location, or appointment information.
DriveShade uses the information to respond to your request, prepare and discuss a quote, answer questions, schedule or provide service, communicate about your installation, and provide aftercare, warranty, or installation support when applicable.
The website uses FormSubmit to deliver quote-form submissions to DriveShade. The form information is sent through that service so DriveShade can receive and respond to your request. You can call or text instead if you prefer not to use the website form.
The website uses Google Analytics to understand site activity and measure successful quote-form submissions. DriveShade does not intentionally send your name, phone number, vehicle details, or form contents to Google Analytics. Google may receive technical usage information according to its own technologies and policies.
When a qualifying United Auto Film installation is registered, the customer, vehicle, product, shade, installation, and installer information required by United may be submitted to activate and document the applicable manufacturer warranty. United Auto Film's policies apply to information it receives.
