Warranty eligibility depends on the exact film, professional installation, purchase channel, and registration within 30 days. Your warranty card confirms the applicable term.

Ultra Nano Ceramic’s limited lifetime term is for the original registered owner and original vehicle, subject to the manufacturer’s definition and exclusions. Advanced Nano Ceramic’s product-specific term is confirmed on your warranty card before booking.

What manufacturer coverage means

Coverage concerns qualifying manufacturing defects such as delamination, adhesive failure, or excessive fading. Damage, scratches, misuse, poor care, and unregistered installations can be excluded. A claim requires manufacturer review; coverage is not a promise to fix every condition.

United’s remedy is replacement film for a confirmed qualifying defect. Removal and reinstallation labor are separate from manufacturer coverage.

Contact Mario if you suspect an installation issue. If DriveShade confirms an installation-related issue, we address that installation issue at no charge. This support is separate from the manufacturer’s warranty.
