Lifetime Manufacturer Film Warranty

Qualifying United Auto Film carbon and ceramic installations may receive lifetime manufacturer coverage when professionally installed and properly registered. Coverage is governed by the manufacturer's terms for the product installed.

Manufacturer coverage

Lifetime Manufacturer Film Warranty

United Auto Film's current warranty lists lifetime coverage for carbon and ceramic window film installed for the original registered vehicle owner. It applies to qualifying manufacturing defects under United's terms and verification process.

It does not mean every condition is covered. External damage, scratches, accidents, misuse, improper care, normal wear, chemical exposure, unregistered installations, and other exclusions may fall outside manufacturer coverage.

Installer relationship

DriveShade Installation Support

If you believe an issue is related to the installation, contact DriveShade. We will review the condition, ask for the details needed to understand it, and explain the appropriate next step. If DriveShade confirms an installation-related issue, we will address that installation issue at no charge.

DriveShade Installation Support is separate from United Auto Film's manufacturer warranty. A manufacturer warranty decision remains subject to United's current terms and claim review.

After your appointment

A professional process from installation to support.

United's current terms require applicable installations to be registered within 30 days. Proper registration activates the applicable coverage and creates the Warranty ID used for future warranty matters.
