Ceramic uses United’s Ultra Nano Ceramic base series. Advanced Ceramic uses the manufacturer’s higher infrared-rejection series. Both are metal-free ceramic films with UV protection; the upgrade is aimed at infrared heat control, not a darker shade.
United’s Ultra product page gives differing IR ranges in its title and body, while Advanced lists 95–99% depending on shade. Matching-shade TSER and comparable testing conditions are not established by these listings, so we do not present a numerical head-to-head comparison or promise a cabin-temperature reduction.

TSER measures total solar-energy rejection; IR rejection measures infrared energy, while UV rejection is separate. Compare matching shades and test conditions. Both films are metal-free, 2-ply, 2 mil. Unmatched test figures do not establish a cabin-temperature reduction.

These are appearance examples, not universally legal choices. Factory glass and film combine to determine the finished VLT. 35% film is not automatically legal on front windows; DriveShade recommends suitable options for your vehicle.
50% full-windshield tint is not a standard Florida road-legal option. Florida generally permits a compliant transparent top strip in the AS/1 area. Full-windshield film requires a valid applicable exemption; we confirm it before booking.
